The batteries may need replacing. Try installing new Duracell AA batteries and make sure they are inserted with the correct polarity. If the problem persists, contact customer support.

Check that the cuff tube is fully plugged into the device connector. Also ensure there are no kinks or obstructions in the tube that would prevent inflation.

Make sure the cuff is wrapped securely just above the elbow and that you are still and relaxed during measurements. Movement or an improperly fitted cuff are common causes of inaccurate readings.

The batteries should power the device for about a year. We recommend keeping extras on hand and changing them as soon as you notice the device powering off more quickly.

Do not wash or submerge the cuff in water as it is not water resistant. Gently wipe it down as needed with a soft, dry cloth or use a damp cloth with a mild detergent.

When not in use, store the monitor and cuff in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity. Avoid squeezing or folding the cuff tube tightly long-term as this may damage it over time.
Error Code 5 - Cellular connection error
Ensure you are in an area with good cellular reception. Try moving closer to a window.
Confirm your cellular plan allows data transmission from the monitor. Contact your provider if needed.
Restart the monitor and try re-taking the measurement. If issue persists, contact customer support.
Error Code 6 - Data transmission error
Make sure the monitor is in an area with strong cellular reception and not near anything that could interfere with the signal.

Error Code 3 - Measurement out of range
Check that the cuff is positioned correctly just above the elbow and secured snugly but not too tight.
Remove any tight clothing or jewelry from your arm that could affect readings.
Retry the measurement and remain still during inflation and deflation. Contact your doctor if issue continues.
Error Code 4 - No cellular coverage
Move to a location with better cellular reception, closer to a window if possible.
Check that your cellular plan supports data transmission from the device. Contact provider if needed.
Retry the measurement in a different area. Contact support if no coverage found.
Error Code 21 - Pulse not detected
Ensure the cuff is positioned correctly and secured on bare skin above the elbow.
Loosen and retighten the cuff slightly and remain still during measurement.
Check for irregular heartbeat or arrhythmia by taking pulse manually. Contact doctor if persists.
